Christian Band Casting Crowns has won a Grammy & a Dove Award. The soft rock band started in 1999 in Daytona Beach, Florida. Mark Hall is the lead vocalist. Their 1st two albums went platinum and the 2007 album The Altar & the Door hit BillBoard at #2 and #1 on Hot Christian albums.
