All Time Low are a pop punk band on the rise. They started out in 2003 with Alex Gaskarth & Jack Barakat. The band started out in Baltimore, Maryland. They are named for the New Found Glory song. "Head On Collision". During their high school days they covered bands like Green Day & Blink-182. Alex Gaskarth was reluctant to join in 2003 being a Incubus & Bob Marley fan.
